1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jazzbaz platform ("Platform", "Site", or "jazzbaz") and all its services. By accessing the jazzbaz website or creating an account, a user is considered to have read all provisions of these Terms and agreed to comply with them.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If any part is unclear, reading jazzbaz's FAQ section will answer many questions. Our customer support team is available 24/7 in both Bengali and English.

1.1 Definitions

• "Member" means any person successfully registered on jazzbaz.

• "Account" means each member's personal registered profile.
• "Funds" means the amount of money held in a member's account.

2 Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

When creating an account on jazzbaz, members must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being closed.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and belong to the member.
• Any changes to account information must be requested through the customer support team.
• An account may not be operated in the name or details of a third party.

2.2 Password and Security

Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility. If suspicious activity is noticed, contact customer support immediately. jazzbaz is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing a password.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

jazzbaz's services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By registering an account, the member confirms that they are 21 years of age or older.

3.1 Verification Process

jazzbaz reserves the right to verify a member's identity and age at any time. The following may be requested for this purpose:

• A copy of a national ID card or passport.
• An OTP for mobile number verification.
• Information required to confirm ownership of the payment method.

jazzbaz reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or bonus withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.2 Protection of Minors

If evidence is found that a minor has created an account, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are requested to take appropriate steps to prevent children from accessing this platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

jazzbaz currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable to all methods).
• The account used for depositing and the jazzbaz account must belong to the same owner. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, though exceptions may apply in certain cases.
• jazzbaz reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected or if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jazzbaz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, the member must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

• For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 is required.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per member.
• Bonuses may only be used in the member's own account.
• Winnings earned through a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• jazzbaz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or misuse of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All members must follow the gaming rules below when using jazzbaz's services.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Rules

• A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, jazzbaz reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• Winnings for multi-bets or single events will be calculated according to jazzbaz's defined method.

6.2 Sports Betting

Each event in sports betting is subject to its own rules. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the rules applicable to that event will apply to the bets. The same principles apply to cricket, football, and all other sports.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The rules set by the software provider apply to live casino and slot games. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the result of that round will be determined based on the server log.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

jazzbaz reserves the right to immediately close an account and forfeit funds if any of these provisions are violated. Law enforcement agencies may also be notified if necessary.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and graphics on the jazzbaz platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Members may use the platform for personal use only.

9.1 Prohibited Use

• Using jazzbaz's logos, trademarks, or content without permission is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the platform's software is prohibited.
• Reproducing or distributing any part of the platform for commercial purposes is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

jazzbaz always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, jazzbaz's liability is limited in the following cases:

• jazzbaz is not responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity problems, power outages, or a member's device.
• jazzbaz is not directly responsible for delays by third-party payment processors.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to unplanned server maintenance or technical issues.
• jazzbaz is not responsible for account losses resulting from a member's own negligence or password sharing.

jazzbaz will always take reasonable steps to protect members' interests and help resolve issues.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

jazzbaz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If bonus abuse is proven.
• If the member requests self-exclusion.
• If evidence of being a minor is found.
• Due to legal obligations.

11.1 Funds of Closed Accounts

If the account is not closed due to a rule violation, the member's valid funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned. The applicable verification process must be completed before funds are returned.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes & Privacy

jazzbaz reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
